OFF ROAD CENTRAL of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has an impressive heritage, and we love to talk about how we started. Our oldest brother, Earl "Kelly" Rebman III, started Rebman Racing in the early '90s as a backyard hobby that continued to grow until 2006.
Kelly began working with Mustangs (1979–1993) and early Ford Broncos. Eventually, he started tuning 8-second street cars, Harleys, and anything with wheels and a motor! That small backyard automotive shop grew to a full-time job, and Kelly became a very well-known Mustang tuner, as well as one of the largest East Coast dealers for ProCharger superchargers.
Together, our dream was to open a full-service performance parts and accessories shop for all cars and trucks. On Tuesday, December 5, 2006, we lost our beloved brother at the age of 41 to an unknown heart condition. Though we are all saddened by the loss of our brother, it also gave us the drive to pursue our dream. We're a small shop and not a "4x4 superstore," so we treat our customers as friends.
